Ivana Reiss is the founder and owner of Reiss Advisory LLC, an independent advisory firm based in Switzerland. With over two decades of experience in investment management, backed by her educational background and her commitment to corporate development, she brings a powerful combination of analytical thinking, strategic vision, and practical execution to each mandate.
Her career spans senior roles across the Swiss pension and financial services sector, with in-depth expertise in institutional asset management, capital markets and corporate development. This breadth of experience allows her to advise clients at the intersection of investment strategy and business decision-making.

Ivana has built her reputation through a commitment to independence, intellectual honesty, and a long-term perspective. She has held various positions in the investment management sector and has in-depth knowledge of the Swiss pension market. She has extensive experience in leading and serving on various strategic bodies and investment committees for institutional investors.
She has served pension funds, foundations and corporate clients at various stages of development, guiding them through complex strategic and operational challenges:
- Chief Investment Officer and member of the Executive Board of a service provider for Swiss pension funds
- CEO of one of Switzerland’s largest independent investment foundations
